A clash of Celtic passions

My Review

I just loved this book, and of course I can highly recommend it.  This is the type of book you want to read, on those cold nights with a cup of hot chocolate.

According to Elizabeth, Alice has always being stubborn and head strong, and she is not wrong.  Now to understand these points when Alice was six she made a vow that she would marry Hugh.  The reason Alice made this vow is because Hugh had saved her from a well and ever since she been a afraid of the dark, but Alice had always stayed true and she never married because no man could ever be like Hugh.

It was just a shame Hugh never thought of Alice in the same light.  Because when they next meet Hugh thinks Alice is the king's mistress.  But in this case Hugh was definitely wrong, because the king has asked Alice to become a spy to find the traitor who is sending information to the Scott's.

Now what Alice doesn't know is that Hugh is spying on Alice.  I can't reveal much more, all I can say is that Hugh has always felt he was never good enough for Alice.  which is silly because to Alice he has always been in her heart.

So if you want to find out what happens, you will just have to buy the book.  The book is available to buy from Amazon.

I will give the book 5/5 stars.  This was ARC copy from the author in return for a honest review.
